eBay is the best marketplace in the world because you can sell anything including information. Often times you come upon valuable information during your daily life that go overlooked but are of value and can be sold on eBay.
I came upon this interesting technique of selling everyday information when I was buying tickets to Disneyland. I wanted to take my fiance on a fun holiday while on vacation in Los Angeles. I’m always looking for deals online so I searched for about 15 minutes and came upe a site that offered a great deal. They had $30 off the regular price of a $50 admission ticket. I saved $60 on both of our tickets! The entrepreneurial side of me kicked in and I thought “this would sell on eBay.” I listed the info on eBay putting in the title, “SAVE $30 ON EACH DISNEYLAND ADMISSION TICKET” In the description, I simply said, “I am selling a link on where you can purchase Disneyland admission tickets for $30 off the regular price of admission” Shipping is free via email. To sum it up, I sold the info for $10, it was really just sending them the link via email, that’s all it really was. I repeated this process about 150 times we ended up making $1500 dollars just for listing the info that took about 5 minutes to create. I just relisted the auction once it ended and kept doing that until the deal expired over a month later.
eCommerce stores are also a great way to take advantage of this strategy. While browsing through Buy.com, I came upon a Garmin GPS device that was selling for $100 that my Dad wanted. On eBay the going price for one these things was $200, a $100 savings. I quickly listed the information on eBay for $20 each so the person purchasing the GPS was still saving $80. All I had to do once the buyer purchased the info from me was send them a link to the Buy.com page. I made over $600 in less than a week. Just like with the Disneyland tickets, the listing was very basic. I simply explained that upon payment, they would receive a link to a page where they could purchase the GPS for only $100. The process of listing it took only a few minutes!
These are only two examples of the millions of deals out there on the internet. Simply surf the deal websites and turn your knowledge of these great deals into cash by listing them on eBay the same way I did. This technique is the one you want to master because it’s the most profitable, there is absolutely no cost to you, just some of your time.
